We were to launch the new program where Zillow buys homes, renovates & sells them to end buyers.
This was a new concept for our market & the owner asked me to run this division.
NOTHING like this was ever done before which made me VERY intrigued to do it.
That agreement started in Oct 2019, fast forward to the results at the end of last year;
• Total homes Zillow purchased & sold = 2,100
• Total Transactions we closed = 4,191
That is only 25 months to accomplish that! (Also during COVID, where we shut down for 6 months.)
Not only did I create a kick-ass machine but here are my staff details:

30 admin staff in various roles.
The point is I built the systems, tools, SOPs, & set the standard for what the working environment looked liked.
